The Model
LockedIn consists of groups of a maximum of 25 students. Each group is led by a Group Lead who organizes activities and facilitates connections.
Groups rotate their members on a monthly basis, ensuring you always meet new people and form new connections within the larger LockedIn network.
Each group hosts at least two networking calls per month and one event per month, including workshops, guest speakers, and more.
As you grow, you can become a Group Lead and help shape the community. Group Leads pass their position down when they graduate.
