Highest Honor

LockedIn Action Award

Reserved for graduates whose work has reached the world beyond LockedIn.

The Action Award is the highest recognition LockedIn confers. It is not awarded for participation, but for demonstrable impact built during a member's time in the community — and every nomination is settled by formal review.

Criteria

01Graduate of LockedIn, a community with a 2% acceptance rate
02250,000+ LinkedIn impressions earned within 360 days
03100+ active participants in a product, nonprofit, club, or organization the recipient founded
04Passes a formal review by the LockedIn awards committee

All four criteria must be met, and the formal review is required before the award is conferred.

Distinction

LockedIn Graduate

Awarded to every member who completes their journey through the LockedIn community.

Graduating from LockedIn means more than aging out. It marks a member who showed up, contributed, and grew alongside their peers — from acceptance through the end of their high school chapter. The Graduate distinction recognizes that commitment.

02Completed their journey through the community in good standing
03Contributed to the growth of their group and the wider network
